Fast contact processing for questions - I can only recommend card pleasures 😊

For the legal relationships established via the Etsy Shop kartenfreuden between the operator of the shop (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its customers, the following General Terms and Conditions in the respective version at the time of the order apply exclusively.
By placing an order, you accept these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Deviating general terms and conditions of the customer are rejected.
2. Description of the object of performance
The Etsy shop of Kartenfreuden is a platform that allows users to order their own personalized cards and individual stationery.
For this purpose, the provider manufactures stationery products tailored to the personal needs of the respective user and according to his specifications, which are then sent by post to him or the recipient named by the user on behalf of the user.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the goods in the DaWanda shop does not constitute a binding offer by the provider to conclude a purchase contract. The customer is thereby only asked to submit an offer by placing an order.
By submitting the order in the Etsy Shop, the customer makes a binding offer aimed at concluding a purchase contract for the selected products. By submitting the order, the customer also acknowledges these terms and conditions as solely decisive for the legal relationship with the provider.
The provider confirms receipt of the customer's order by sending a confirmation e-mail. This order confirmation does not yet represent the acceptance of the contract offer by the provider. It only serves to inform the customer that the order has been received by the provider. The declaration of acceptance of the contract offer is made by the delivery of the goods or an express declaration of acceptance.
4. Print release
The information provided by the customer in a separate e-mail (texts and images to be used) will be used as the basis for creating the individual map motif. The user receives a digital online preview from the provider for his commissioned product creation, which the user must release before printing. Liability for errors after approval is excluded. The release for printing cannot be granted by payment in advance, it must be made in writing by e-mail or post.
5. Revocation
The goods are excluded from exchange, as in accordance with § 312 d, para. 4 BGB on the right of revocation and return for distance contracts, there is no right of revocation for distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Complaints due to incomplete delivery or in the case of defects caused by production technology must be reported immediately, within 14 days. In the event of justified and timely complaints, the provider shall deliver or provide a replacement.
A cancellation of the order is possible as long as no release for printing has been granted. In this case, a service fee of 35.00 EUR will be charged.
6. Prices
All prices stated in the respective offer are final prices incl. 19 % VAT.
7. Terms of delivery and shipping costs
The delivery of the goods always takes place under the condition that the provider himself is supplied correctly and on time. Delivery takes place within 14 days after the print release and receipt of payment, exclusively by post.
For each order, an additional packaging and shipping fee will be charged.
8. Terms of payment
Payments are due upon invoicing. Bank transfer and PayPal are available as payment options. No discount will be granted.
9. Data protection
The customer is hereby informed that his personal data provided by him will be stored for the purpose of contract processing. A transfer to third parties does not take place. The treatment of the data provided is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection.
All content, text and image materials displayed in the online shop as well as all motifs depicted are the intellectual property of the provider and thus protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution and publication is prohibited.
10. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
11. Due date
Payment of the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
12. Prohibition of assignment and pledging
The assignment or pledging of claims or rights to which the customer is entitled against the provider is excluded without the consent of the provider, unless the customer proves a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledging.
13. Place of performance, place of jurisdiction, applicable law
Place of performance and jurisdiction for deliveries and payments as well as all disputes arising between the provider and the buyer from the purchase contracts concluded between the contracting parties is the place of jurisdiction of the provider.
Relations between the contracting parties shall be governed exclusively by the law applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. Excluded from this choice of law are the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
14. Severability clause
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
