Stay away from this seller! Terrible customer service. I did not receive my item and they provided a shipping number that has been in “pre transit” status for nearly 2 weeks. I contacted the shipping company also and they did not receive the item for shipping. I have not heard from the seller despite sending numerous messages on Etsy and Facebook. I ordered this item on 26th November to have in time for Christmas as it was a gift for my 4 year old. I have gone way over my plan on my mobile phone from making calls to the shipping company in Poland and I have now had to involve my bank and Etsy in order to receive a refund which takes a long time to process. As a business owner myself I find this extremely disappointing, they are not worthy of even a 1 star review.
