All products are made to order and shipped from POLAND via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) by registered priority mail, with tracking number and signature required.
Once the order is shipped, tracking number is provided.

I do my best to ship your order in time. Once the package is shipped I have no control over customs and your local postal services.

2 out of 5 starsOrdered in November and told it would take it would be with me from the 5-15 of December, after waiting a month I messaged again end of December and the said it shouldn’t take more than 6 days. Didn’t arrive until January 6th.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from POLAND via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) by registered priority mail, with tracking number and signature required.
→ Orders to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zeland, United Kingdom and Ireland are shipped by Global Exprès (via Polish Post) with a full online tracking.
NOTE: Any customs duties, taxes, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges!
Weather and other factors, e.g. backlog at customs may occasionally delay the shipping up to 6 weeks. Please contact me if your order is taking more than a month to arrive.
All items are shipped in bubble envelopes to ensure your item arrives unharmed.
Shipping Time
After the purchasing and the payment is PROCESSING TIME which can take 3-5 business days, because all products are made to order. After this time orders are shipped.
The shipping time is an ESTIMATE and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Especially due to the busy holiday seasons.
I do my best to ship your order in time. Once the package is shipped I have no control over customs and your local post offices.
Sometimes INTERNATIONAL shipping can take longer than normal - up to 6 weeks or more.
I suggest ordering at least 6 weeks ahead of date you need.

If your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, a shipping fee will be charged again.
Refunds and Exchanges
Satisfied customers are very important to me.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via Etsy and I will do my best to resolve any problems.
CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED orders are NOT returnable unless an error has been made by me.
Returned items must be unused and sent in the original condition with original tags and WITH a tracking number.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If your order is returned due to insufficient/incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, all shipping fees are not refunded.
I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit due to incorrect/insufficient address.

All orders are shipped to your address on Etsy.
→ Once the package is shipped the shipping address can NOT be changed!
In case of undelivered packages due to the incorrect/insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs .
ALL shipping fees due to the incorrect/insufficient address are not refunded.
If your order is returned to me and you decide for a refund, I will issue a refund only for item, shipping costs are not included.
Packages lost in transit due to incorrect address will be buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded!
Care instructions
To care for your jewelry and keep it clean and ready to wear, gently wipe off with a soft dry cotton cloth to remove excess make-up, skin oils and dust after each wearing.
Store away from sunlight and open air in a jewelry box or zip lock bag (ideally in air tight containers), because the sun will discolor the piece and air contributes to oxidization.
Do not sleep, shower, swim or exercise while wearing your jewelry.
Avoid direct contact with water or any liquids.
To clean raw brass items and bring them back the shine and color, just use the lemon juice.
LE BOHO BLEU jewelry is not suitable for children or anyone with bad rashes and allergies. Please take this in account when ordering.
