Hello and welcome to the Loveka Handmade. My shop is 10 years old and I am grateful to all my customers for choosing my small business. You can find a selection of the things I make in this shop for you, such as project bags for cross stitching, embroidery, or quilting, many purses and cases for organization, or I would be happy to sew something special to your custom order.
Delivery time from Poland is 5-10 days. I will do my best to send the order as soon as possible. Some items are ready to ship or shipped from the USA warehouse.

Shipping address & Shipping time
* I send the order to Etsy shipping address. Please, make sure it's correct!
I am a Ukrainian handmade shop. I moved with my child to another country, Poland. I continue working on Etsy, but I will send all my handmade goods from Poland. Delivery time from Poland is 5-10 days. Now, I need a little more time for the production, about 2-4 weeks of production time. I will do my best to send the order as soon as possible. Some items are ready to ship or shipped from the USA warehouse.

Lost Packages
* Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 8 weeks from posting date and tracking info approves that.
* I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
* I return money or resend the same items to you after I receive official written confirmation of the loss from post.
* If you choice return money - I refund the amount of order without sum for delivery.
No returns or exchanges on the discounted and custom items.
A few notes to remember
* I make my cross-stitch organizers, wallets, cases, and purses only from high-quality materials: cotton, linen fabrics, genuine leather, and metal furniture.
* Glue is not used. I sew thread to the frame for strengthening.
* All my handmade items are high quality. If you need another quantity, please send me a convo!
* Real colors may slightly differ from one monitor to another, as it depends on specific monitor settings.
* I am in Poland, Europe, and international shipping takes a little bit longer than domestic. Your understanding is truly appreciated! :)
