If I am exchanging the goods, who pays the shipping cost?
In the case of exchanging goods, shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
If we exchange for cheaper goods, the missing amount will be deducted from the cost of the order. If it is more expensive, the difference has to be paid extra.
Can I pay any additional costs? Such as, fe. taxes?
It depends on the applicable law and regulations in a given country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I want to return the goods. Who pays for the shipping cost?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I provide a phone number for the courier?
Of course. Providing a telephone number will facilitate contact with the UPS carrier. You can provide the phone number in a private message for the order.
