Payment
We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards and is a safe and reliable payment method which provides high level of security and protection. Payment is expected to be as immediate as possible or within 3 days after order making, if any problem arises, please contact us. We will send you your order as soon as we receive the payment.
Shipping
I send via REGISTERED PRIORITY (AIR) MAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE. Registered mail is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not home, postal carrier must leave a notice that your packages are available for pick up from the post office.
Delivery time after the full payment is about 5 - 14 days to EU countries and about 14 - 40 days to USA, Australia and everywhere else.
Refunds and Exchanges
We always try to double-check all the details to make sure the customer is satisfied with an order. However, if for any reason You are not happy with the item You purchased at our shop, we guarantee money return ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
1. The item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED;
2. For Lithuanian and other EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days from receiving an item; for US and any other non-EU country buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days;
3. If You wish to return the item, You MUST contact us via Etsy messages before sending it back. The address for return is provided in the invoice which is sent together with the item purchased.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. We don't refund any shipping expenses.
2. We refund the money only when we receive the item back. We don't refund the money if the item was lost while traveling back to us, therefore we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that You return your goods to us by REGISTERED AIR MAIL.
