I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET? DO YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER TO GIVE ME?

By default, the proposed shipping method is sending by ordinary letter, without tracking, uninsured. If you want a tracking number, you must select a higher shipment (option or upgrade), but the cost is higher.We assume that if a package is lost, it does not give much to know where :-) Either the package is delivered to you, or it comes back to us (address error for example or name not appearing on the mailbox). Parcel losses are so rare that it would be a shame to make you pay this extra, not always very useful.So, if you have not chosen the shipment with tracking, the best is to wait: we do not have more information than you on postal delays (nationx or boarding).

I URGENTLY NEED THESE ITEMS. WHAT DO YOU OFFER?

In the delivery options (or upgrade), you have the possibility to choose the delivery in CHRONOPOST: This is the fastest way. In France, an order placed before noon is delivered the next business day before 6 p.m.For the France, 2 CHRONOPOST options are available: Home or Relay. Both circulate at the same speed, but the first is delivered to your home (or if you are absent, in the nearest relay), the second is delivered in relay: the price difference is quite substantial. If you are ready to make this small trip, the Chronopost Relay is an excellent speed/price ratio.For this mode of transport, ask us before ordering, we will be able to answer you accurately.

I NEED AN ITEM IN LARGE QUANTITIES: CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON THE USUAL RATE?

MODES OF TRANSPORT

3 modes of transport are available:- FREE SHIPPING COSTS: the shipment is in ORDINARY LETTER, WITHOUT FOLLOW-UP, WITHOUT INSURANCE or any other means of transport that seems suitable to us (MONDIAL RELAY possibly),- LETTER FOLLOWED: shipping with TRACKING number and INSURANCE in case of loss,- CHRONOPOST RELAY: delivery to the relay closest to you within 48 hours (working days), if ordered before noon.Ex: order on Tuesday at 11am: delivery before 6pm on Thursday.No Chronopost on weekends. Not valid in Corsica.

THE TRACKING OF MY ORDER APPEARS TO BE BLOCKED FOR SEVERAL DAYS

It happens that packages are blocked or returned to us: it is most often an ADDRESS ERROR or your name does not appear in the mailbox. This is the case, for example, if you are staying with someone. Or if you are being delivered to a company, but you have only indicated your name (and not that of the company! the postman will have difficulty finding you).But most often, when ordering, you only indicate your first name.
