Payment
(1) All prices quoted are in euros and are inclusive of VAT. Postage and packaging costs are added according to the separate terms of payment. The prices from the current offer always apply.
(2) In the case of deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import sales tax may be payable, which are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment to the customs authority. These fees are in addition to the purchase price and shipping costs and are not influenced by the provider.
(3) The supplier delivers after receipt of payment. The customer chooses the payment method at the time of purchase. The provider offers the payment methods via bank transfer, PayPal and credit card.
Shipping
Your jewellery will be beautifully packed in our high quality iconic gift box including a cute gift card that you can add free of charge to your gift. Your jewellery will arrive ready to gift to your loved once or just as a wonderful treat for yourself.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be processed with lots of care and love and shipped within 2-3 labor days. In case of customized order it will take 1 - 2 more business days. Anyway you will always stay in contact with my little bonheur during the purchase process and receive updates.
SHIPMENT
We offer you to upgrade your order with EXPRESS Shipment. To destinations within the EU the shipment time is about 1-3 labor days and all destinations outside the EU it may take 3-10 labor days depending on the final destination and possible tax clearance delay.
