All customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. International duties and taxes must be taken care for by the customer.

Items will be shipped to your ETSY ADDRESS! So please make sure that it's correct.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect addresses.

We will send all items via Priority Airmail.

Next to the shipping prices you will see the processing times, it varies for all items so make sure you check your listing for accurate shipping times. Ready to ship items normally ship within 1-2 working days after receiving payment. We use the Bulgarian official Government Posts services. For international shipping, depending on the destination, shipping may take up to 21 working days - normally about 10-15 business days overseas and 6-8 days to Europe.

Once your package has been dispatched we will send you a message with your tracking details. After it leaves Bulgaria and enters your country you will be able to check the tracking number with your local post on its online tracking system. For the US that would be USPS.
