Gift wrapping and packaging
♥ Gift wrapping is a PLASTIC-FREE packaging, sent in a reusable organza bag, a paper bag or box and a bubble padded envelope without plastics. You can choose it by ticking the box "gift wrap" when you place your order.
Returned packages due to non-collection at the post office or incorrect address
♥ In the event that a shipment is returned for not having been picked up at the post office or for having provided an incorrect address, I will contact you, I can make a refund of the amount paid minus shipping costs or resend it again upon payment of the new shipping costs. In both cases, the shipping costs to be applied will be the current rates applied by Correos España.
Returns & Exchanges
♥ No exchanges or returns are made from customized products.
♥ Earrings, due to their nature, can not be changed or returned.
♥ In case of exchange, all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. This includes the return shipping costs and the expenses of the new shipment, according to actual rates of Correos España (Spanish Post Office).
♥ In case of return, shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, sent by registered mail. The cost of the product will be refunded once the product gets back to the seller. The amount to be refunded will be the cost of the product minus 15%, for handling and administration expenses.
Care instructions
♥ For daily cleaning of leather, dry it every time you use it, with a soft dry cloth, which cleans any moisture, and if it is still wet, let it air dry completely and always away from heat sources. Moisture and heat will cause it to crack and become brittle, even decreasing in size.
♥ For a deeper cleaning, or if you notice that your leather bracelet or necklace is too dry or cracked, you can use baby care oil, olive oil or moisturizer, without dyes or perfumes, so it recovers its original shine, and leather will be hydrated.
♥ Keep leather jewelry away from long light exposure and other external effects such as air or moisture.
