5 out of 5 stars$54 for shipping (my fault, I should have looked first) and it took 6 weeks to arrive (got stuck in New York with Christmas mail, the seller said) means that I did not get this before Christmas. I don't want to rate the seller down if it was not her fault, but I will order from someone in the US next time. The Addi itself is a good machine, but the instructions are minimal. I'd be lost if it weren't for the You Tube videos others have posted. You would think that a $200 knitting machine could include instructions for a few projects. And instructing a non-knitter to cast off with knitting needles "in the conventional hand knitting method" is not a good instruction!

1 out of 5 starsI've tried several times to use this. You can't use worsted weight, light worsted weight, fine or sports weight yarn. Even using baby yarn it boys down. Then one of the tips broke off. If the hooks were made of metal and deeper to grasp the yarn it might work. I have to give it one star otherwise I can't post a review. I'd prefer no stars. It might work with string.
