Can I receive my order faster? Can I choose an exact delivery date?
I understand you can't ♥ waitDue to the permanently high order situation, it is unfortunately not possible for me to bring forward orders.Here, orders are fairly processed in order and within the specified time frame. Each product is manufactured and packaged individually, individually and by hand.An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed, as the postal route is not in my hands. For most products, you will receive the tracking number when your order is shipped and can track your delivery at any time.In the item description you will always find an estimated delivery date. Please understand that no delivery data can be guaranteed here.
PERSONALIZATION
Etsy desktop version:Here you can enter the personalization for each item individually and add it to your shopping cart.Etsy app:Here you can enter a personalization for your article and add it to your shopping cart. Then go to your shopping cart and click on the item by clicking on the item photo. This will reload the article and you can enter the next personalization.If it still doesn't work, you can always add a message to your order.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
Personalized items that are individually made to customer specifications are excluded from the right of return/exchange.For reasons of hygiene, textiles are excluded from the right of return/exchange.If an item is damaged, stained, or misprinted, let me know as soon as possible. You are of course entitled to a replacement delivery. If desired, the order can also be cancelled.If it is a typographical error/error on the part of the customer, unfortunately I cannot guarantee this.But don't worry, I usually see spelling mistakes myself and only speak to customers again if something makes me suspicious. :)

Are 1 or 2 baby socks delivered?Since the socks are primarily about the announcement, it is only 1 sock.If you want a pair of socks, two socks must be ordered.Alternatively, you can also order a blank sock without a print.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Washing recommendation for textiles with print- Wash inside out (ideally in a laundry net)- only wash up to 30 degrees- do not put in the dryer- do not iron over the print- choose a low spin speedWashing instructions are included with the textiles.
PACKAGING
What does the packaging look like?The items are shipped in neutral shipping packaging with Deutsche Post/DHL.A Rosaluno logo sticker is also still visible.Don't worry, absolutely top secret for the pregnancy announcements. :)Is your order a gift?If you have a special request or if the package is going directly to the person to be surprised, please send me a message.
