Payment
• You do not need a PayPal account when you pay with a major credit card. Please view instructions here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/361
• If payment comes through as an e-check from PayPal, your item will be shipped once the products are ordered and finished by hand. This takes approximately 3 business days.
Shipping
• Orders will be sent to the address mentioned on your Etsy account by default, unless other address preferred and requested by you in advance.
• Unfortunately I cannot ship to PO Boxes.
• Any over charge shipping which is more than €1.00 over will be refunded.
• Shipping costs also include packaging (excl gift packaging).
Approximate shipment times:
Netherlands: appr 10 business days
Europe: appr 5 business days
If you are an international customer please be aware that sometimes packages can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered if customs get a hold of it. Majority of the time they take between 8-20 business days.
Important notice:
• It is the buyer’s responsibility for payment for all Customs duty taxes, Value Added Taxes, Sales Taxes and fees for their purchase, customers are responsible for their country laws and restrictions.
