1. All items offered in my store are made by me, by hand and thus have the resulting inequalities (e.g., they are not perfectly symmetrical, earrings may vary slightly, etc.) usually in one, unique copy. The photos always show the offered item.
2. By purchasing, you agree to the processing of your personal data necessary to perform the contract.
3. I send the purchased items after Etsy confirms the payment, usually on the next business day.
4. Items are packed in a cardboard box or decorative pouch and sent in bubble envelopes by registered mail via Global Express (USA) or Poczta Polska (Europe and other).
5. Delivery time is about 10-15 days, but it can be longer or shorter. If you do not receive the parcel within 25 days, please let me know.
6. In the case of delivery to Poland, there is a possibility of shipment via courier, parcel locker or Parcel at Ruch. If you want to use this option, write about it on the order form.
7. You can request a transaction to be canceled before the shipment is sent.
8. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods without giving a reason. If you want to do this, inform me about it and then send it back to the address

9. After receiving the parcel, I will refund you the money for the purchased goods. Returned items can not bear traces of use, otherwise, I reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded accordingly.
10. The costs of shipping the returned Product shall be borne by the Buyer.
11. If you receive items not as described, damaged or defective, please inform me, if the complaint is justified, you will receive reimbursement.
12. In case of any problems, before you start a dispute over Etsy write to me, we will certainly come to an agreement
