Rules

1. All items are made on order, delivery times are given in the description of each item.
In exceptional cases, the deadline may be extended for up to 14 days.
2. The time of commencement of realization of the order coincides with the moment of booking of payment on the bank account.
3. The shipment is sent to the indicated address by means of the Polish Post.
4. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Information about the delivery cost can be found in the description of each product.
5. Every transaction is confirmed with receipt or VAT invoice.
6. Each purchased item can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. The returned object cannot bear traces of use.
Returns are not possible in case of items from the individual orders, in which changes have been made e.g. size, printing, etc.
7. Refunds are realized via bank transfer.
